At Krog Axet, we are incredibly proud to be the first place in history to serve Pilsner Urquell Tankovna on Hisingen. We do this because we want to share our joy of this flavorful beer with everyone! If you look above the bar, you will see the heart of Axet – our four 500-liter tanks. These are filled every week with fresh and unpasteurized pilsner, directly from the brewery in Plzeň.

We serve it traditionally in three different ways: Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mliko. The sweetness in the creamy foam balances the flavors of the malt and the generous bitterness. Pilsner Urquell has natural carbonation that is preserved through careful pouring, where the foam protects the beer, ensuring it tastes just as fresh from the first to the last sip.
